What I don't do

First: I DO NOT sell or repair hardware of any kind. If you suspect you have a hardware problem, please contact a repair shop.

What I do

Help people with (mainly) Apple products (Macs, iPhones, iPads, etc.).

Who I help

Usually, people who are either not so good at figuring out computer problems on their own or, because of lack of interest or time, would rather have someone else do it for them.
Also, people who want to learn to get more out of their Apple devices.

Why choose me?

I have over 20 years experience helping people with Macs and, because I have a degree in English, am very good at explaining technical issues in a way you can understand.

How do I charge?

My current rate (February, 2023), is $60 per hour. If you can’t afford that, then I can be flexible. Guarantee: If for some reason I was not able to help you or solve your issues, then you owe me nothing! My goal is for everyone to feel they got an excellent value. 
I have a one-hour minimum, but second and third hours will be discounted.
